WHO CAN BECOME A MEMBER OF SPARKLINGJEWELRY.COM?

A Company / firm can become a buyer having a retail presence. The Company / firm needs to have a valid GST number.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF SPARKLING JEWELRY?

To become a buyer you need to click on 'Register' and fill in the details. Once details are filled and submitted our team will verify and approve the same.

IS BECOMING A MEMBER FREE?

The buyer membership is Free and no fee is to be remitted for membership.

CAN I ACCESS THE CATALOGUE WITHOUT MEMBERSHIP?

No. You have to register yourself to access the catalogue. Once your registration is approved you can access the catalogue at all times.

CAN I GET BREAKUP OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED?

Every product displayed has its specifications mentioned.

ARE THE SPECIFICATIONS AND VALUE AN APPROXIMATION?

These specifications are approximate with a +- 5% tolerance with regards to weight of Metal, Diamond and any other raw material. The value of the metal viz. Gold, Silver or Platinum will be based on the actual weight and prevailing rate at the time of delivery.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT AFTER PURCHASE?

You can only return the item after purchase within 7 days of receiving the order if and only if there is a technical or manufacturing defect. No product altered, used or tampered with will be eligible for return.

CAN I VIEW MY PURCHASE HISTORY?

Yes. Once you login to your account, you can see the details of orders placed and delivered and pending deliveries.

ARE THE PRODUCTS ORDERED HALLMARKED AND CERTIFIED?

Yes. All products will be hallmarked and certified by IGI or SGL as requested by you on placing the order.

HOW CAN I GET THE STATUS OF MY ORDERS?

You can view the status of your orders in 'My Account' section once you login with your credentials.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

The payment options offered are Bank transfer / Credit card / debit card / UPI Wallet

DO I HAVE TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT ON PLACING THE ORDER?

No. You will need to make payment to the tune of 50% advance and balance on the actual bill generated at the time of delivery before shipping the product.

CAN I PLACE BULK ORDERS?

Yes. Bulk orders i.e. single order containing multiple pieces / styles can be placed.

IS THERE ANY BUYBACK OFFERED FOR BULK PURCHASES?

Yes. There is Buyback available for stock orders placed as per the terms and condition in the Buyback policy. Refer Buyback policy

IS THERE ANY EXCHANGE OFFERED FOR BULK PURCHASES?

Yes. There is Buyback available for stock orders placed as per the terms and condition in the Buyback policy. Refer Buyback policy.

WILL YOU ACCEPT CUSTOMER RETURNS AS BUYBACK OR EXCHANGE?

No. Exchange and Buyback is not applicable for Customer Returns /Used products/Customised orders / single orders.

DO YOU MANUFACTURE CUSTOMISED ORDERS, IF DESIGNS PROVIDED BY ME?

Yes. We offer customisation of jewellery. You have to send us your requirement and our jewellery consultant will communicate for the same.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER PLACED?

Order once place can be cancelled only within 24hours of placing the order.
